• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of as126 or any of its affiliated entities.

as126 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad or international passport), proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested by as126. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. From time to time, as126 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions and other incentives to players ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published at the time the Promotion is made available. In the event of a conflict between a specific Promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that Promotion.

The following general Bonus conditions apply to all Promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who have completed the Account registration process.
• Each Promotion is limited to one per player, household, IP address, device or payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager the bonus amount twenty times).
• Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited.

• Abuse of Promotions — including but not limited to coordinated bonus abuse, use of automated systems or exploitation of software errors — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the applicable game rules and, in the case of sports betting, the applicable sportsbook rules. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing a wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed. as126 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction or data feed error — as126 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, game and player category. as126 reserves the right to impose individual player limits at any time, without prior notice, where activity patterns indicate irregular play.
• In live betting markets, odds and lines are updated in real time. as126 is not responsible for bets placed on stale or erroneous odds resulting from connectivity interruptions on the Player's end.
• All games use independently audited random number generator (RNG) software. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider or mechanical or electronic means to access the Platform or place bets.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinated betting, chip-dumping in poker, or any form of team-play designed to gain an unfair advantage.

• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration, KYC verification or at any other stage of your Account relationship with as126.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to jurisdictions where as126's services are explicitly blocked.
• Harassing, threatening, abusing or engaging in discriminatory conduct toward other players or as126 staff through any communication channel on the Platform.

as126 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• as126 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity;
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account);
• as126 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction or a court order.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money balance (net of any pending verification requirements) will be refunded to the Player's last verified payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

as126 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur, and as126 shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit as126's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

In no event shall as126's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If the matter is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal complaints process, the Player may escalate the complaint to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
